30-day size exchange

If your tank does not fit, email us at xrshopgifts@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We will send you the new size once per item, at no cost to you. The original item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached (we may ask for a photo). You do not need to ship the original item back.

Defective, damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund for that item. No return is needed.

Change of mind

Other than the size exchange and the defective, damaged or wrong item cases above, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Email xrshopgifts@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if the item is defective, damaged or wrong). We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
