Free US shipping

Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after they ship. During peak season (for example November and December) delivery can take up to 4 weeks. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show the first update. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Delays

If your order will not arrive within the time stated, we will email you with an updated estimate and you may cancel for a full refund of any items that have not shipped.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we cannot change an order once it has shipped.
