1. WHO WE ARE

This online store, XR SHOP (the "Store"), is operated by HXR CONSULTING LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The Store is hosted on Shopify.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place your order. We may correct pricing or description errors and, if an error affects an order you placed, we will contact you and let you cancel for a full refund.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error); if we do, you will receive a full refund.

5. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment processors. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. PROMOTIONS

Automatic discounts (such as quantity discounts) are applied at checkout according to the conditions shown in the Store and may end or change at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, which are part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

8. PRODUCT USE

Please follow the care instructions on the product label.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Store (text, photos, graphics and logos) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection law of your state requires otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
